We had our very first ‘socially distanced’ Reading Ambassador’s meeting last night, and it was wonderful. We had children from Year 1, all the way up to Year 6 attend the meeting and Miss Atkinson joined us too!
We talked about books for over an hour! We discussed our favourite books, we talked about events we could organise in the future and we even filmed ourselves telling the other children in school about our favourite books. We really did have a great time.
There will be pictures of each Reading Ambassador on a display in school so children know who to talk to about all things ‘BOOKS and READING!’
