Girls’ Football

Southwick girls’ football team had a night to be proud of this evening as we came away with two wins from four games. Once again, the attitude and team spirit was absolutely marvellous and an absolute pleasure to watch. Every single player put in a fantastic performance and grew in confidence as each game went on. Beginning with a tough 0-0 draw against Hill View A, we were unlucky to lose 0-1 against Hill View B. However, the girls bounced back in style with comprehensive back to back victories against St Bennets A and B, scoring 6 goals with 1 in reply.  A huge well done to our girls and the other teams who played tonight, with some fantastic football on show.
